You’re busy. Your friends are busy. The world is busy. Everyone is fucking busy.
Busy is the new black.
Time is constantly spinning, and no matter what you do, it remains just slightly out of reach. Just when you think you’ve caught up, time slips through your fingers.
“I don’t have time” is amongst my top pet peeves. You always have time. Each day is a gift. It’s your choice where you invest that time, and what you prioritize. I get it. “I don’t have time,” is a lot more polite than telling someone, “sorry, but you’re not my priority today.”
The problem I see with this, is that if we repeat something often enough, we start to believe it.
In this case, we start to believe that we don’t actually have time. How we spend our time is no longer in our hands. It feels out of our control.
I’m not a city person; I never have been. Adjusting to city life has been a rollercoaster, but now I see my unconventional background as a super power. I have seen and experienced other ways of living, that are much less hectic. So I believe that here, in the city, there is a solution to busy-ness and the elusiveness of time.
I can’t gift you more time, but what I can do, is relieve one of the responsibilities of taking care of yourself. The foundation of The Primal Revolution is Movement & Nutrition. What I hear from clients is that, despite the supposed “convenience” of urban living, everywhere they need to go in order to take care of the basic foundation of their body, is spread out in opposite directions.
Home is here, the grocery store is there, work is over yonder, and the gym is somewhere in between. By the time you get home, you don’t have energy to cook – let alone, cook a healthy meal.
I think the only sustainable solution is to transform your life to be entirely on your own terms, outside of the 9-5 hamster wheel… but we’ll get there. Tackling your nutrition to build a solid foundation of health is a step in the right direction.
That’s where I come in, with delicious Paleo meals delivered to your door each week.
Why? Because Paleo works. I’ve been following it since 2009 (long before it became trendy), and I have been the chef, stylist, and food photographer for Paleo Magazine since 2013. I have an abundance of recipes, cooking experience, and creative ambitions to continue developing deliciously healthy food.
Meal delivery plans are currently in development. I’m currently taking reservations for Summer 2020 in the Stockholm area. Only four monthly spots are available, so send me an email to discuss options & join the waiting list.
